Job summary

Mercor is seeking a Music Audio Expert fluent in Russian to evaluate AI-generated lyrics and audio outputs for a remote, contract-based engagement. The role requires strong music production and engineering background with hands-on data scoring and collaboration with AI teams.

You will work asynchronously for up to six months, committing 10+ hours per week, with a compensation of $46/hour. Native Russian and English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a music producer, audio engineer, or sound mixer.
• College degree in music covering performance, theory and lyrics.
• Native or near-native proficiency in Russian and English.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI model output lyrics, voice generation, and other standards.
• Score the quality of musical training data.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance model outputs.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet project goals.
• Utilize bilingual language skills to assess diverse music categories.
