Job summary

Maestro Musicians Academy is seeking a Community Ambassador to help bring music education to Greater Boston families. This is a fully remote, commission-based role that rewards referrals.

You will introduce Maestro Musicians Academy’s programs to local communities, leverage your networks, and connect families with our enrollment team for trial lessons.

Based in Greater Boston, you’ll focus on Sharon, Canton, Foxborough, Walpole and nearby areas, enjoying flexible hours with no fixed schedule.

Qualifications

• Must live in Greater Boston and have established relationships with local families.
• Active involvement in parent networks, schools, or community groups.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Introduce Maestro Musicians Academy to local families interested in music lessons.
• Leverage personal networks to share information about programs.
• Connect Maestro with parent groups and community organizations.
• Generate qualified referrals and direct leads to enrollment team.
• Help raise awareness of Maestro Musicians Academy in Greater Boston.
