Qualifications

• Provide services across MX.3 lifecycle: requirements, configuration, install, training, upgrade, support.

Responsibilities

• Integrate with S4C stream leads and front/back-office or risk teams.
• Collaborate with Product division to address defects and fixes.
• Follow up with project management and teams to meet deadlines.
• Develop and maintain end-to-end configuration management packages.
• Handle support cases from notification to resolution.
