Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven experience in project management, operations, or executive support supporting high-level leadership.
• Strong communication, diplomacy, and professional polish with founders and brand leads.
• Servant-leadership mindset with ability to navigate fast-paced, multi-brand environments.
• Proven ability to manage priorities across multiple brands and complex initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute cross-brand strategic initiatives across all portfolio brands.
• Maintain master project timelines, dashboards, and budgets; manage status meetings and action items.
• Build SOPs and project frameworks to standardize operations across brands and enable scalable execution.
