Job summary
ICF is seeking a MuleSoft Developer to build integrations on the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform for Federal projects. The role is fully remote within the United States with occasional travel to Falling Waters, WV.
You will collaborate with stakeholders to define data models, create RAML API contracts, and implement data transformations to ensure consistent data exchange across systems. Ideal candidates have a MuleSoft Developer certification, 3+ years of MuleSoft 4 experience, and 2+ years in
Qualifications
- US citizenship required due to federal contract
- Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance
- 3+ years hands-on MuleSoft 4
- 2+ years Java/JEE and related stack
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Define data models, integration flows, and detailed technical specifications
- Build and maintain integration solutions on MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
- Create non‑MuleSoft integrations (SFTP, Data Loader, Salesforce Connect)
- Create RAML specifications as API contracts
- Develop and consume APIs for real-time and batch data exchange
- Test and optimize API performance (response time, reliability)
- Work in agile environment delivering designs, code and documentation
- Support MuleSoft integrations across enterprise systems
- Implement data transformation (DataWeave) for consistent formats
