Job summary

Ascend Learning is seeking a Manager MSP Service Delivery to oversee the operational performance of the MSP across NASM’s technology stack, including Adobe Experience Cloud, HubSpot, Dynamics 365 CRM, eCommerce, and Snowflake. The role partners with Product Owners and Solution Architects to ensure quality, security, and data standards are met before production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of service-delivery management with MSP/outsource.
• ITIL Foundation certification required; Practitioner/Expert preferred.
• Experience delivering large, multi-workstream MSP engagements.
• Strong familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud, D365 CRM, HubSpot, Snowflake.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational relationship with MSP partners across Adobe Experience Cloud, HubSpot, D365 CRM, eCommerce and Snowflake.
• Govern MSP performance against SLAs and KPIs for customer-facing surfaces and data pipelines.
• Lead governance cadence: daily standups, weekly reviews, monthly executive reviews, quarterly business reviews.
• Manage change and release for MSP-delivered work across AEM, EDS, ACCS, HubSpot, D365 and Snowflake.
