Job summary

Sanofi US is seeking an MSL or Sr. MSL in gastroenterology/immunology for Mountain West (AZ, NM, NV, UT, CO, ID). This remote US role reports to the West Regional MSL Director and collaborates with Clinical, Commercial and Regulatory teams to advance scientific engagement.

You will build relationships with KOLs, plan field medical activities, support ISS and investigator-sponsored studies, and contribute to real-world evidence generation while maintaining the highest ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant scientific or medical field.
• Minimum 1 year in a field medical role or pharma/biotech industry.
• Must reside in territory AZ, NM, NV, UT, CO, or ID territory.
• Experience in IBD, gastroenterology, or immunology preferred.
• MSL experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with real-world evidence generation.
• Experience supporting Investigator Sponsored Studies (ISS).
• Established relationships with KOLs and HCPs in Mountain West.
• Strong scientific communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based, remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Articulate medical and scientific value to external stakeholders.
• Cultivate and maintain robust peer relationships with KOLs.
• Plan territory engagement using the Scientific Engagement Model.
• Generate activities aligned with medical objectives in territory.
• Support clinical trials with cross-functional teams.
• Assist ISS submissions through internal processes.
• Organize educational meetings and advisory boards.
• Support medical initiatives at conferences.
• Provide study site support and accelerate recruitment.
