Job summary

Chiesi USA is seeking an experienced Medical Science Liaison for the CARE - Western Mountain geography. The MSL will build key opinion leader partnerships, deliver high-level scientific education, and support investigator-initiated research across designated therapeutic areas.

The role emphasizes relationship building with HCPs and institutions and requires strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Completion of a graduate level degree (PharmD., M.D., D.O, DNP, PhD, MSN, MS or equivalent healthcare professional degree).
• Post-graduate residency training with 1–2 years MSL or relevant clinical experience.
• Builds strategic internal and external relationships to identify opportunities and partnerships.
• Works effectively on diverse, multi-disciplinary teams to achieve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead external partnerships with KOLs for scientific needs and education.
• Identify and develop regional/national thought leaders for education and research.
• Foster advisory boards, investigator-initiated research, and speaker development.
• Provide medical insights and education to healthcare professionals in assigned geography.
• Represent Chiesi USA Medical Affairs at scientific meetings and cross-functional groups.
• Support internal medical projects and cross-functional collaboration.
• Complete documentation of field activities and training on time.
