Job summary

Chiesi USA is seeking a Medical Science Liaison to build external partnerships with KOLs, support clinical development, and advance scientific education across therapeutic areas. You will cultivate local and national thought leaders for education, research opportunities, and advisory boards while partnering with field teams to align strategic medical activities.

The role requires graduate healthcare training with residency and 1–2 years of MSL/clinical experience, plus strong communication

Qualifications

• Graduate-level healthcare degree with clinical experience.
• 1–2 years MSL or clinical experience in the assigned therapeutic area.
• Ability to build strategic internal and external relationships to provide value and improve care.
• Work effectively on diverse, multi-disciplinary teams to achieve outcomes.
• Demonstrates discipline, prioritization, and ability to execute multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Scientific exchange with KOLs and clinical development support.
• Identify and develop key thought leaders for medical education and research opportunities.
• Foster collaborations for advisory boards, investigator-initiated research, and speaker development.
• Provide medical insights to field managers and teams to elevate engagement.
• Represent Medical Affairs at meetings and support clinical research initiatives.
• Deliver high-caliber medical education presentations in various settings.
• Gather competitive intelligence per company policy.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize customer experience.
