Qualifications

• Must Reside in Vermont.
• Minimum of 2 years of MSK/Orthopedic experience.
• Strong commitment to delivering top-tier MSK care with empathy and efficiency.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Enthusiastic about healthcare innovation and digital health solutions.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional remote workspace.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conducts targeted initial assessments and consultations, and manages treatment escalation.
• Acts as clinical authority on differential diagnoses and triage decisions.
• Interprets imaging and guides treatment plans.
• Educates and empowers patients to participate in their care decisions.
• Serves as collaborating/supervising physician for APPs; conducts chart audits and mentors the team.
• Engages with physical therapists and health coaches to discuss complex cases.
