Job summary

Joint Academy seeks a licensed physician with MSK, pain management and physical therapy expertise for asynchronous telemedicine care across Washington State. You will review histories, diagnose MSK conditions, and refer to appropriate care pathways in a fully remote, flexible schedule role.

Qualifications

• Medical license and WA state practicing eligibility.
• Extensive experience with musculoskeletal conditions, pain management and physical therapy.
• Proven track record delivering care in virtual settings, including asynchronous telemedicine.
• Ability to interpret patient data and craft actionable care plans.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration within a multidisciplinary care team.

Responsibilities

• Review patient-submitted histories and symptoms asynchronously via telemedicine.
• Provide accurate MSK diagnoses and care recommendations.
• Write referrals for physical therapy or specialist care as needed.
• Collaborate with the care team to support integrated patient care.
• Leverage virtual care experience to maintain safety and positive outcomes.
