Qualifications

• Licensed PT or PTA with current licensure in the United States.
• Experience in home health or in-home patient care settings preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide integrated MSK care, including custom-fit orthopedic bracing.
• Deliver telehealth MSK care from home to existing patients and referrals.
• Assess patient needs, support treatment plans, and help optimize recovery.
• Document care through AI-supported SOAP notes and coordinate with PeteDME services.
