Qualifications

• Current PT or PTA license required.
• Experience delivering care in home health or in-home settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide custom-fit orthopedic bracing to patients on your existing caseload.
• Deliver telehealth MSK care from home for existing and referred patients.
