Job summary

ForzaCare is expanding its medical management team and seeks a full-time Medical Set-Aside & Medical Cost Projection Specialist. You will coordinate MSP compliance services, MSAs, conditional payments, and cost projections while handling cases from intake to completion.

The role is predominantly remote with occasional travel. You will ensure CMS compliance, verify Medicare entitlement, and collaborate with internal clinicians and clients to deliver accurate, defendable cost projections and

Qualifications

• Active RN license or CRC/CCM with degree.
• CMSP certification preferred.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MSP compliance services, MSAs, and cost projections.
• Review medical records and CMS correspondence to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure all deliverables meet CMS guidelines and are defensible.
• Communicate case status and requirements with clients and internal teams.
