Job summary

Aspirion is hiring a Claims Analyst to support hospital partners by coordinating motor vehicle claim accounts with patients, attorneys, and insurers. This fully remote role requires you to live more than 90 miles from the listed office locations and perform daily claims processing in a fast-paced setting.

You will manage HIPAA-compliant data, communicate clearly, and maintain accuracy across multiple systems while collaborating with a team across departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year or more of experience working fully remote in an administrative role.
• One year or more of experience processing insurance claims.
• Prior experience with medical billing, patient access, healthcare front office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and process new accounts daily.
• Effectively use company systems and technologies to enter content information and verify data.
• Communicate with patients, attorneys, and insurance carriers.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external partners.
• Demonstrate integrity and HIPAA-compliant handling of patient information.
• Problem-solve and work in a high-volume team environment.
