Insight Global is seeking a REMOTE EST Motion Designer to join a Motion Design team focused on Marketing and in-game assets. You will animate 2D designs in Adobe After Effects for title cards, text cards, lower thirds, and end cards in marketing videos.

There are opportunities to create stand-alone motion assets and to work with Unreal Engine for higher fidelity assets. Collaboration with marketing and post-production teams is essential to uphold brand guidelines and deliver high-quality assets

Qualifications

• 5+ years of 2D motion design experience in a graphics studio environment with a portfolio supporting this work.
• Deep understanding of Post Production workflows, frame rates, and technical specs.
• Proficient in After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Cinema 4D.
• Ability to translate branding into animated assets for campaigns.
• Self-starter who problem-solves creatively and methodically.
• Strong organizational skills and time-management capabilities.
• Clear communication with team and stakeholders under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Animate 2D designs in After Effects for title cards, text cards, lower thirds and end cards in Marketing videos.
• Create stand-alone motion assets and potentially higher fidelity assets in Unreal Engine.
• Adhere to brand guidelines while making motion design decisions for each project.

• FULLY REMOTE and 4 month contract with extensions
• Must have Portfolio to share
• MUST have 2D Motion Design
• Entertainment and or/ Creative agency industry experience is a plus

Must Haves:

• 5+ years of 2D motion design experience in a graphics studio environment and a portfolio that showcases this work.

• Creativity to bring static branding to life for different campaigns across the Ecosystem
• Self-starter, you approach challenges creatively and methodically, exhibit amazing problem-solving skills daily to find resolutions.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and communicate blockers as they arise.
• Ability to communicate with varying levels of stakeholders, within your team and throughout the company
• Personable—develops relationships with internal team members and stakeholders to collaborate effectively.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment to meet deliverables- and even find a more efficient path forward

Day to Day:

A large software and gaming company is looking for a REMOTE EST, Motion Designer to join a Motion Design team that aims to create Marketing and in-game assets that inspire others and brings branding to life. You will be responsible for animating 2D designs in Adobe After Effects to use as title cards, text cards, lower thirds, and end cards within Marketing videos. There will also be opportunities to create stand-alone motion assets and/or to use Unreal Engine to create higher fidelity assets. You will focus on adhering to brand guidelines while making design decisions on motion for each project. We are looking for individuals who excel in organization, have exceptional communication abilities, and who are comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidates are passionate about motion design and have a history of working within marketing and post production environments.
