Certified Mobile Notary Service (https://certifiedmobilenotaryservice.com) is looking for a Remote Mortgage Notary Public to work in the U.S. only.

OVERVIEW

Facilitate mortgage transactions by ensuring that all documents are properly executed, signed, and notarized in compliance with legal requirements.

KEY DUTIES

1. Conduct remote notarization of mortgage documents for clients in various locations.
2. Verify the identity of signers and administer oaths or affirmations as required.
3. Accurately complete notarial certificates and logs.
4. Ensure compliance with state and federal notary laws and regulations.
5. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive documents.
6. Provide exceptional customer service and professional communication with clients.

KEY PROFILE

1. MUST be a U.S. citizen. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Active Notary Public commission in your state of residence (U.S.).
3. Proficient in remote notarization platforms and technologies.
4. Knowledge of mortgage documents and industry terminology.
5. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
8. Familiarity with relevant state and federal notary laws and regulations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

High-speed Internet connection, reliable computer with a camera and microphone, and a home office set-up.

PAYMENT

$125.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment.
