Coda Search│Staffing is seeking motivated Mortgage Loan Officers to join a growing team. This remote-friendly role offers strong support, competitive compensation, and the potential to build your business.

From initial consultation through closing, you will originate residential loans, educate clients on options, collect documents, and coordinate with processing, underwriting, and closing teams. Candidates should have active licensure and solid knowledge of loan products.

Qualifications

Active NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator license or ability to obtain.
Experience originating residential mortgage loans.
Strong knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, and other loan products.
Excellent communication, relationship-building and customer service skills.
Experience with loan origination systems (LOS) and remote platforms.
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple loans simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Originate residential mortgage loans from initial consultation through closing.
Build and maintain relationships with borrowers, real estate professionals, and referral partners.
Educate clients on mortgage products, loan options, and the home financing process.
Collect and review borrower documentation, analyze financial information, and submit complete loan applications.
Partner with processing, underwriting, and closing teams to ensure a smooth and efficient loan experience.
Maintain compliance with all federal and state lending regulations while delivering exceptional customer service.
