Qualifications

• Existing network in real estate, sales, or community relationships.
• Self-starter who generates own opportunities and leads.

• Willing to work on a 100% commission basis with no income caps.

Responsibilities

• Generate and nurture your own client pipeline through network referrals.
• Educate borrowers on mortgage options and the origination process.
• Close funded loans with support from team and systems.
