Satori Mortgage is a national team of producing loan officers who share wins daily. This remote role helps you build relationships, generate opportunities, and close funded loans with support rather than being handed a script.

You’ll join a culture-first, training-heavy environment with a private community and AI edge—Gemini through Google Workspace, custom GPTs, and live coaching from pod leaders and senior leaders.

Qualifications

• New to mortgages but with a network and drive to build relationships.
• Self-starter who generates their own opportunities.
• Coachability and willingness to learn a new craft.
• Ready to work in a 100% commission environment with upside.

Responsibilities

• Participate in onboarding and training to learn origination mechanics.
• Join weekly producer calls to learn what’s working now.
• Collaborate with pod leaders and leaders to win real loans and partnerships.
