Job summary

Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer - Retail to deliver exceptional customer service and drive mortgage loan business by leveraging internal and external referrals.

You will advise clients on mortgage options, assist from application through closing, and collaborate with loan origination teams to verify underwriting requirements while maintaining long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years mortgage loan origination experience, preferably at a bank.
• NMLS license is required.

Responsibilities

• Develops new and expands referral sources to grow mortgage business.
• Advises clients on mortgage loan options and other financial products.
• Provides excellent customer service from application through closing, coordinating with loan origination sources to verify underwriting information.
• Maintains client relationships and assists with completing loan applications.
