You’ll be supported by a national team of 50+ producing loan officers, with real-time coaching and direct access to leadership as you grow your book of business. We offer a collaborative environment, ongoing training, and a wide range of lending options through 50+ lenders and a broker channel.

Responsibilities

• Generate your own business through referrals, partnerships, personal brand or outbound.
• Close loans by converting opportunities into funded deals.
• Be coachable, open to feedback, and follow the systems built by the team.
• Collaborate with pod leaders and real borrowers for guidance and support.
• Operate in a remote, 100% commission role with no income caps.
