West Capital Lending, Inc. is seeking a motivated Loan Officer to originate residential mortgage loans in a fully remote role serving clients across Colorado.

You will manage the loan process from application to closing in a virtual environment, building relationships with clients and real estate partners. The ideal candidate has an active NMLS license, 2+ years of experience, and a solid knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, and Non-QM products.

Competenze

• Active Loan Originator license (NMLS) required.
• 2+ years of experience as Loan Officer or Mortgage Loan Originator preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products and underwriting guidelines.
• Excellent communication, sales, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Mansioni

• Originate residential mortgage loans including Conventional, FHA, VA, and Non-QM.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and referral partners.
• Guide borrowers through the loan application process with clear, timely communication.
• Analyze borrower financials to recommend appropriate loan products.
• Ensure loan files meet federal, state, and investor compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with processing and underwriting to ensure timely closings.
• Stay current on lending guidelines, market trends, and rate changes.
