Satori Mortgage is a remote-eligible brokerage and lender with a national footprint and a culture‑first, mentor‑driven approach. We help new loan officers leverage their existing networks, learn the origination process, and turn relationships into funded loans through structured onboarding, training, and live coaching.

Our team of 50+ producing loan officers collaborates via the Satori Inner Circle, with pod leaders guiding you through live calls and hands‑on practice.

Qualifications

• You already have a sphere: contacts or a network.
• You’re a self-starter who generates your own business.
• You’re coachable and open to feedback.
• Willing to work in a 100% commission environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn origination mechanics and lender options from onboarding.
• Use proven prospecting systems to convert your network into funded loans.
• Join weekly calls to share what’s working now.
• Work with a pod leader on live borrower calls until you’re confident.
