Satori Mortgage (NMLS: 4190) is looking for motivated individuals to join as remote loan officers. In this role, you'll leverage your existing network to generate leads and be supported by experienced pod leaders. This position is 100% commission-based, allowing you to shape your income potential.

You will receive hands-on training through our Satori Inner Circle community and gain access to innovative AI tools designed to enhance your productivity. While prior mortgage experience is not necessary, a history of building relationships is critical for success in our team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must have existing contacts from real estate, sales, or community relationships.
• Ability to work on a commission basis with no income caps.
• Willingness to learn and accept coaching.

Responsibilities

• Generate your own business leads with support.
• Participate in live calls with guidance from pod leader.
• Utilize AI tools for business development.
