Ask a question in our channels at 8pm on a Saturday and you'll have a real answer in about five minutes, from someone who's funding loans too, not a manager who hasn't originated in a decade.

• Engage in ongoing coaching, Bootcamp sessions, and performance reviews.
• Work with a national network of lenders and a broker's shelf to structure deals.
