Qualifications

• Ability to generate own business through referrals and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Build your own pipeline through referrals or partnerships and own your process.
• Close loans using a wide range of lenders and a broker's shelf.
• Engage in coaching sessions (Bootcamp) and real-time development.
• Leverage AI tools and partnerships to gain an edge in market.
• Work remotely with a supportive, hands-on leadership team.
