Job summary

Satori Mortgage is seeking motivated loan officers who are ready to build a mortgage career from anywhere in the United States. This remote position includes onboarding, access to our Inner Circle training, proven prospecting systems, and daily collaboration with producers who fund loans.

Bring your network and drive, we supply the license path, lender options, software, and hands-on coaching to convert relationships into funded loans. This is 100% commission with real upside and no income cap.

Qualifications

• Must be a self-starter with strong networking abilities.
• Willing to work on a 100% commission basis.
• Ability to generate own business and leads.
• Existing contacts in real estate or sales network preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage your personal loan pipeline through your network.
• Participate in onboarding and use our systems to originate loans.
• Collaborate with pod leaders and leverage AI tools to win clients.
• Close funded loans as part of a nationwide team.
