Tag Lending Group, LLC is seeking a remote Mortgage Loan Officer to close more loans with AI automation and access to 104+ investors. You will work as a W-2 or 1099 partner, leveraging HubSpot CRM and integrated tools to streamline processes and deliver rapid approvals.

Ideal candidates have an Active NMLS license, at least two years of mortgage experience, and a purchase-focused mindset. Strong communication and CRM proficiency are essential for success in this role.

• Manage end-to-end mortgage process from application to close.

• 180 BPS on self-generated loans (up to 225 BPS based on quarterly margin agreement)
• 100 BPS on company leads
• 70% of net on DSCR, Fix & Flip, and Commercial (up to 425 BPS)
