Job summary

Leadling is actively searching for experienced Mortgage Loan Officers to join a fully remote platform and scale nationally. This position offers a 100% commission structure, allowing Loan Officers to gain full control over their business and earn higher compensation with no income caps.

This role is ideal for self-sourced producers and offers extensive lender options along with revenue share opportunities. Experience as a Branch Manager or Team Lead is a plus.
