Qualifications

• Must have appropriate state license or certificate (NMLS) in any of these states FL, NJ, CT or PA.
• Spanish is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Sell mortgage loans to customers.
• Generate new business by building and maintaining relationships.
• Evaluate and pre-qualify prospective borrowers for loans.
• Counsel borrowers about different loan products.
• Maintain contact with borrowers and partners throughout the application process.
