Responsibilities

• Complete declining balance co-ownership transactions.
• Verify completeness of data on approved applications.
• Prepare closing packages and ensure paperwork is sent to settlement attorney.
• Approve CD and wire money for closings.
• Review files for data integrity and answer questions from buyers and sellers.
