Overview

We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented professionals with 2+ years of call center experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate enjoys collaborating with clients, industry partners, and internal teams to maximize outcomes for homeowners.

This is a temporary-to-hire position with the potential to transition into a permanent role. It is a W-2 employment opportunity. The assignment duration is three months (90 days), with the possibility of extension or conversion to a full-time role, contingent upon business requirements.

Conversion Bonus offered after transition to LoanCare Full-Time Employee: $1,000.00.

Position Details
  • Title: Mortgage Call Center Representative
  • Location: Remote
  • Duration: Three months (90 days), Temp to Perm
  • Start Date: July 28, 2025
  • Training: Remote, 3 weeks classroom & 2 weeks nesting
  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 12-9 EST, rotating Saturdays
  • Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

Fluent Spanish bilingual candidates: Differential paid pending completion of bilingual assessment.

Conversion to FTE depends on performance metrics like QA score, schedule adherence, and handle time.

Benefits & Requirements

Benefits available upon full-time employment conversion. Candidates must pass pre-employment background screenings, including criminal background check and drug screening. Employment and education verifications may also be required.

Remote work requires equipment provided by us, a quiet home workspace, and high-speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload).

Responsibilities
  • Assist homeowners with routine or complex issues via call center
  • Use advanced telephony systems
  • Provide exceptional customer service and explain mortgage processes
  • Handle inbound/outbound calls efficiently
  • Own the customer experience, demonstrating LoanCare brand attributes
  • Resolve customer issues using good judgment and process understanding
  • Track and document all communications
  • Identify root causes and explain solutions
  • Meet individual and team performance goals
  • Follow escalation procedures as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Work Conditions & Physical Demands

Work during normal hours, with possible overtime. Sitting up to 90%, walking/standing up to 10%. Occasional lifting, stooping, reaching.
