Job Description
- Monitor Patient Scans: Review incoming patient scans submitted through the orthodontic dashboard, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate with Orthodontic Offices and Patients: Respond promptly to messages and alerts from orthodontic offices and patients regarding patient scans and inquiries, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Troubleshoot Technical Issues: Address any technical issues or challenges that arise with the orthodontic dashboard or scanning process, troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently.
- Provide Patient Support: Assist patients with questions or concerns related to the remote monitoring process, offering guidance on scanning procedures and addressing any issues or inquiries they may have.
- Maintain Data Integrity: Ensure that patient data is accurately documented and maintained within the orthodontic dashboard, maintaining data integrity and adhering to established protocols.
- Collaborate with Team: Work collaboratively with other Monitoring Specialists and team members to ensure seamless operations and effective communication within the organization.
- Adhere to Protocols: Follow established protocols and procedures for remote monitoring, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Continuously Improve Processes: Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices and workflow enhancements within the remote monitoring department.
- Provide Feedback: Offer feedback and insights to leadership regarding system usability, customer experiences, and opportunities for improvement in the remote monitoring platform or processes.
