What to Expect

  • Complete visual verification for store alarms using CCTV when necessary
  • Conduct timely reverse investigations of alerts and escalate to the Remote Monitoring Supervisor if necessary
  • Provide thorough documentation of incidents using a case management platform
  • Conduct “hot spot” monitoring and provide summarized reports of findings
What is Required
  • Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor\'s degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • 3 years of experience in a retail or professional environment related to loss prevention
  • LPC/LPQ qualification preferred
  • Experience in managing teams in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Demonstrated experience in detailed report-writing and conducting quality reviews/audits
How to Stand Out
  • 3-5 years of multi-store big-box retail experience
  • Experience using physical security systems (CCTV, EAS, etc.)
  • Completion of a certified training program (Wicklander-Zulawski or Reed training)
