Qualifications

• PhD in molecular biology or related field, with hands-on construct design experience.
• Experience with primers, plasmids/vectors, gRNA/sgRNA, mRNA, and HDR templates.
• Proven ability to explain design decisions clearly in writing; strong publication record.

Responsibilities

• Design domain-relevant tasks testing sequence design and molecular biology reasoning.
• Develop clear documentation, evaluation standards, and written feedback.
• Write guidelines and rubrics for sequence design quality; review outputs for rigor.
