FinTrust Connect, LLC seeks a Model Documentation Specialist to join its remote US talent community. You will design and maintain model risk documentation templates, assemble parameter sheets, change logs, and monitoring plans, and coordinate with model owners, validators, and tech teams.

The role requires 3–6 years in documentation or analytics, experience with SR 11-7 governance, and the ability to translate math and code into clear narratives.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in model risk documentation or risk analytics with strong writing.
• Familiarity with SR 11-7 and model life cycle governance.
• Ability to translate math and code into clear narratives.
• Experience pulling evidence using SQL or Python.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain templates for purpose, use, methodology, data, assumptions, limits, and controls.
• Produce documentation packs, parameter sheets, change logs, and monitoring plans.
• Coordinate contributions from model owners, validators, and tech teams.
• Prepare board-ready summaries and exam evidence rooms.
