Job summary

A leading healthcare service provider in Springfield is seeking an MRI Technologist responsible for ensuring patient safety and performing high-quality MRI studies. This role entails effective communication with radiologists, training new staff, and producing diagnostic images. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, relevant certifications, and strong customer service skills. This position may require local travel and work in a mobile environment.

Qualifications

• ARRT (R) or ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT as allowable by contract.
• State license, if applicable.
• CPR Certification.
• Valid state driver's license, if applicable.
• 3 months supervised MRI clinical scanning experience or enrolled in an accredited MRI training program.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for patient safety and high-quality MR studies.
• Communicate effectively with radiologists and patients.
• Train and orient new technologists and patient coordinators.
• Produce high-quality diagnostic images.
