Ford Motor Company is seeking a customer-focused Mobile Engineering Manager to lead a team delivering world-class mobile experiences for the Ford App. You will partner with product owners, designers, and engineering leaders to guide technical direction and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

You will oversee the lifecycle from concept through production, ensuring reliable, scalable, and high-quality mobile applications used by millions of drivers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years hands-on software development experience.
• 5+ years leading large-scale engineering teams and organizations.
• Experience delivering mobile applications used by millions of users.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of mobile engineers from conception to production.
• Provide technical leadership to ensure scalable and high-quality mobile experiences.
• Review designs, architectures, and engineering approaches for impact and feasibility.
• Evaluate emerging mobile technologies, tools, and practices.
• Set standards for documentation, code quality, testing, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver customer value.
• Foster an inclusive culture focused on learning, ownership, and measurable results.
