Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
- 5+ years of experience leading large-scale engineering teams and organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop mobile engineers delivering customer-facing applications used by millions of drivers.
- Provide technical leadership from conception through production, ensuring scalable, reliable mobile experiences.
- Review and provide feedback on product designs, architectures, and engineering approaches.
- Evaluate and adopt emerging mobile technologies, tools, and practices.
- Establish standards for documentation, code quality, testing, and operational excellence.
