Job summary

You will create challenging tasks, build reproducible environments, and write automated verifications to test developers' abilities.

Ideal candidates have hands-on mobile development experience across React, Flutter, iOS, or Android, and can work independently in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Significant professional experience building mobile applications.
• Hands-on expertise in at least one mobile development track: React, Flutter, iOS, or Android.
• Deep understanding of mobile architecture, state management, asynchronous programming, and application lifecycle.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills across complex mobile codebases.
• Experience building non-trivial application features and refactoring for maintainability.
• Ability to communicate technical requirements and reasoning clearly; comfortable remote work.

Responsibilities

• Create realistic and technically challenging mobile software engineering tasks for iOS, Android, React, and Flutter.
• Design problems involving bug fixing, feature development, state management, lifecycle behavior, async workflows, refactoring, and performance optimization.
• Build tasks for React, Flutter, iOS, or Android applications based on your expertise.
• Create reproducible development environments with consistent evaluation across tasks.
• Write deterministic verifiers and automated checks that validate correct solutions.
• Develop golden reference solutions demonstrating valid approaches to problems.
• Identify edge cases to ensure meaningful mobile engineering reasoning beyond simple code changes.
• Document task requirements, expected behavior, verification logic, and implementation assumptions clearly.
