Job summary

BairesDev is seeking an experienced MLOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain ML infrastructure and CI/CD for model lifecycles. You will ensure scalable, reliable ML systems, automation, versioning, and governance while collaborating with data scientists, ML engineers, and DevOps teams.

Ideal candidates will combine DevOps expertise with ML knowledge, stay current with MLOps trends, and work in a 100% remote, globally distributed environment. Advanced English is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in MLOps, DevOps, or ML infrastructure roles.
• Strong software architecture background.
• Solid understanding of system security.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring, and ML lifecycle management.
• Skilled in cloud platforms and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
• Ability to evaluate different MLOps tools and frameworks.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ML models.
• Automate model deployment, monitoring, retraining, and lifecycle management.
• Build and manage ML infrastructure with scalability and reliability.
• Develop tools for model versioning, reproducibility, and governance.
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and DevOps to integrate ML into enterprise systems.
• Monitor model performance and automate feedback loops for continuous improvement.
• Establish MLOps best practices and standards; stay updated with tools and practices.
