Bright Vision Technologies seeks an ML Security Engineer to lead the design and implementation of security controls for AI and ML systems. This 100% remote, full-time role focuses on securing LLM endpoints, data pipelines, and AI infrastructure across the United States.

The ideal candidate will build threat models, deploy guardrails, and collaborate with privacy, legal, and compliance teams to ensure regulatory obligations are met while advancing enterprise AI security capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Define security controls for LLM and AI-powered apps.
• Build threat models for AI systems including prompt injection, data exfiltration, and abuse patterns.
• Design guardrails, content filters, and policy enforcement around model endpoints.
• Implement runtime detection for adversarial prompts and abusive behavior.
• Secure training and fine-tuning pipelines with data provenance, integrity, and access controls.
• Design data handling controls for LLM workflows including retention and redaction.
• Lead red-team exercises against AI systems and drive remediation.
• Evaluate third-party AI services and open-source components used internally.
• Implement identity, authorization, and tenant-isolation patterns for multi-tenant AI services.
• Drive supply chain security for ML artifacts including weights and inference dependencies.
• Collaborate with privacy, legal, and compliance teams to meet regulatory obligations.
• Develop monitoring, logging, and detection strategies tailored to AI workloads.
• Lead incident response for AI-specific security events and improvements.
