Job summary

Pathwaycom seeks a Machine Learning DevOps engineer to manage cloud-based, scalable ML infrastructure. You will optimize training/inference environments, automate ML/LLM pipelines, and ensure model versioning and traceability across terabyte-scale data workflows.

The role requires Linux proficiency, container orchestration, and hands-on experience with ML tools and cloud services. Remote-friendly with global collaboration across offices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Linux, shell scripts and cluster configuration scripts.
• Experience with workload management, containerization and orchestration (Slurm, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong CI/CD experience (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Cloud infrastructure knowledge (AWS, GCP, Azure) especially ML services.
• Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (Grafana, CloudWatch, Prometheus, Loki).
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Experience with ML pipeline orchestration (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, Metaflow).
• Programming in Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience in cluster, systems, and networks administration.
• Willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Optimize infrastructure for ML training and inference (GPUs, distributed compute).
• Automate and maintain ML/LLM pipelines (data ingestion, training, validation, deployment).
• Manage model versioning, reproducibility, and traceability.
• Work with terabyte-sized datasets.
• Implement ML-centric CI/CD practices.
• Monitor model performance and data drift in production.
• Collaborate with ML engineers, software engineers, and platform teams.
