Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated is seeking a Healthcare Analytics Solutions ML professional to build, validate, and deploy clinical ML products using Quest data. Fully remote with minimal travel, you will collaborate with clinicians, engineers, and product teams to deliver robust models and documentation that impact patient care and downstream products.

You will own end-to-end ML lifecycle, from data curation to monitoring, while leveraging billions of results from Quest laboratory data.

Qualifications

• 2+ years delivering ML models to production (architecture, deployment, monitoring)
• 5+ years with Python and SQL; production-grade code and testing practices
• Experience with model serving and CI/CD for ML, and feature pipeline orchestration
• Experience with healthcare data (labs, EHR, claims) and PHI/HIPAA considerations
• Strong statistics, model evaluation, and ability to explain bias-variance to stakeholders
• Comfort with generative AI tools in model building and coding workflows
• Excellent communication; able to present to clinicians and executives
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master’s or PhD preferred

Responsibilities

• End-to-end ML delivery: data curation, feature design, modelling, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Containerization, model serving, performance tuning, rollout strategies, and observability.
• Model governance: reproducibility, versioning, bias checks, and audit-ready documentation.
• Integration of analytics into business products and dashboards and real-time analytics.
• Curation of datasets from Quest and external sources for deriving business insights.
• Cross-functional partnership with clinicians and product owners to define outcomes and validation plans.
• Mentor and raise engineering standards across the team: coding, testing, deployment patterns.
• Translate technical results into clear explanations for technical and executive stakeholders.
