Constructor is seeking a Backend/Platform Engineer to design, build, and operate high‑load distributed services powering the company’s ML infrastructure. You will own core ML services end-to-end—from design and deployment to observability—while partnering with ML and product teams to deliver reliable platform capabilities.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of backend experience, strong Python, and hands-on cloud or Kubernetes expertise, with a design‑driven mindset and ownership ethos.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional backend or platform engineering experience.
• Extensive Python knowledge (primary language).
• Hands-on experience with public clouds (AWS, GCP, or Azure) or self-managed Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate high-load distributed backend services powering ML infrastructure.
• Own end-to-end ML services and data pipelines from design to deployment and observability.
