Job summary

Xlysi LLC is seeking an experienced ML Engineer with Snowflake expertise to design, implement, and scale advanced analytics platforms in a remote-friendly role. You will build pipelines, experiment with LLMs, and lead production-grade AI solutions across enterprise data ecosystems.

Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud services (Azure/AWS/GCP) with model deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD is essential to drive robust AI architectures aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• Expert in Snowflake architecture, performance tuning, and SQL optimization.
• Experience with ETL/ELT and scalable data pipelines.
• Proficient in LLM development and NLP applications.
• Strong cloud platform experience (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Proficient in Python and SnowSQL; automation via Snowflake API.
• Familiar with MLflow, CI/CD, and ML monitoring.
• Experience building production AI solutions and MLOps practices.
• Excellent communication skills and mentoring ability.
• Healthcare domain experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable ML pipelines using Databricks and Snowflake.
• Design RAG and LLM solutions for enterprise data automation.
• Develop supervised and unsupervised ML models for business use cases.
• Lead MLOps with model versioning, CI/CD, testing, and monitoring.
• Deploy NLP/ML models with CI/CD and cross-team collaboration.
• Build data pipelines for structured and unstructured data (Azure Data Factory, PySpark, SnowSQL).
• Tune Databricks and Snowflake for AI workload performance.
• Provide ML leadership and mentor on best practices.
• Drive ML architecture and evaluate new technologies.
• Define standards and collaborate with stakeholders on analytics platforms.
