This is a highly coding-intensive role requiring hands-on experience with Python and coding agents as part of the development workflow. The role is fully remote, global, with flexible hours and weekly tasks.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in a quantitative field.
• Strong ML experience and Python proficiency.
• Hands-on with one or more ML frameworks listed above.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and validate ML models, training pipelines, and inference systems.
• Build model components, data pipelines, and evaluation frameworks.
• Create reproducible workflows using Python and CLI tools.
• Debug numerical, performance, and system-level issues.
• Optimize memory, throughput, and overall model performance.
• Review ML implementations against defined correctness and performance requirements.
