TripleIBD is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to build production-ready models and embed AI features into client apps. You’ll work on projects from chatbots to predictive analytics, using strong ML practices to deploy end-to-end pipelines.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in ML/AI with Python, experience in NLP/CV/recommendation systems, and familiarity with cloud ML services. This is a remote-first role offering flexible hours and a budget for conference and research activities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in ML/AI with Python.
• Proficiency with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems.
• Familiarity with cloud ML services (AWS SageMaker, GCP AI Platform).

Responsibilities

• Design, train, and deploy machine learning models for client use cases.
• Build and maintain ML pipelines and data preprocessing workflows.
• Integrate AI capabilities (OpenAI, LangChain, custom models) into web and mobile products.
• Collaborate with product teams to identify AI opportunities and define technical approaches.
• Monitor model performance and iterate on improvements.
