Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years building and scaling ML/AI systems in production.
• Experience implementing agentic loops or ReAct-based systems where AI acts autonomously.
• Strong Python skills and microservices experience.

Responsibilities

• Architect multi-agent systems to automate complex customer support end-to-end.
• Build and scale integrations connecting LLMs with internal Coinbase APIs and databases.
• Develop automated evaluation pipelines to monitor AI agent performance in production.
• Implement RAG, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering for compliant chatbot outputs.
• Ship production-ready Python services that are resilient and scalable.
